* src/AsyncPixbufLoader.cs: handle more of the magic internally so
we can be smarterer about it.
* src/PhotoImageView.cs: move a bunch of the loading hacks into
the async loader.
* src/DCRawFile.cs: don't let dcraw flip the image, we'll do it.
