Log message:
* src/UIManager.cs: Make "Search Everywhere" be Ctrl+E rather than
Ctrl+A, so that Ctrl+A to select all still works in the search
entry.
* src/Tiles/Tile.cs: shift-double-click and double-middle-click
mean "open and close search window", a la Nautilus.
