* Move nm_gconf_get_*_helper() functions to separate files,
gconf-helpers.c & gconf-helpers.h
* New NMGConfWSO objects for managing the gconf side of things.
Eventually these should be merged with the
WirelessSecurityOption objects and a common base (that can
serialize/deserialize from dbus & gconf) should be
refactored out, but for now they are separate.
