* src/ImageView.cs: remove debug output.
* src/InfoBox.cs: prevent display glitch where options in versions
menu would appear gray.
* src/PhotoVersionMenu.cs: change version options from CheckMenuItems
to normal MenuItems, remove old cruft code, don't signal a versionId
change if the current version is reselected.
