* showdesktop.c: (applet_change_background): kill
(show_desktop_applet_fill): use new libpanel-applet API instead of
connecting to the change_background signal
* window-list.c: (applet_change_background): don't call
wncklet_change_background()
(window_list_applet_fill): use new libpanel-applet API
* window-menu.c: (window_menu_change_background): kill
(window_menu_size_allocate): we don't need to update the background
here (this was a bug fixed in libpanel-applet)
(window_menu_applet_fill): use new libpanel-applet API instead of
connecting to the change_background signal
* wncklet.[ch]: (wncklet_change_background): kill
* workspace-switcher.c: (applet_change_background): don't call
wncklet_change_background()
(workspace_switcher_applet_fill): use new libpanel-applet API
