Make code more solid and fix icons not visible. Code was updated from
the xfce fork of this code.
Fix bug #108864 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108864] and probably
some other bugs...
* libegg/tray/eggtraymanager.c: use gi18n.h
(egg_tray_manager_init): init more variables
(egg_tray_manager_finalize): free more stuff
(egg_tray_manager_handle_dock_request): don't handle notifications we
already got, do a size request for the socket so that it has the
correct size
(egg_tray_manager_check_running_xscreen): fix test
