* template/en/default/bug/show-multiple.html.tmpl: Do not show opened
date twice. Reported by Crispin Flowerday. Fixes bug 325343.
* template/en/default/bug/show.html.tmpl: Remove 'Format For
Printing' from the header. Should be handled using CSS.
