* glade/glade-init.c (DllMain, replace_prefix, get_libdir): Add
the normal mechanism for run-time lookup of installation prefix
and libdir on Win32.
* glade/Makefile.am: Pass also $prefix as GLADE_PREFIX to the
compilation for the benefit of the above.
