* src/Makefile.am (F_SPOT_CSDISTFILES): add X3fFile.cs
* src/Ciff.cs: throw ImageFormatException.
* src/ImageFile.cs: add foveon. Andd new exception type.
* src/X3fFile.cs: add X3f parser to the build.
