* shell/rb-shell.c: (rb_shell_guess_type_for_uri):
Assume HTTP URLs ending with .xml or .rss are podcasts.
(rb_shell_add_uri): Handle adding podcast feeds.
* sources/rb-podcast-source.c: (rb_podcast_source_new):
Register as the source for podcast feeds.
