* src/Search.cs: don't print an error if MakeTile returns null; we
don't want to show certain kinds of hits
* src/Tiles/Application.cs: Use libgnomedesktop to launch the app,
so we don't have to parse the Exec field ourselves, and so we get
launch feedback, etc.
