* panel-applet.c: (panel_applet_get_pixmap): rewrite with cairo
goodness so that we correctly handle tiles. Also, grab the display to
avoid crashes with xid that are being removed.
Fix part of bug #164349 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164349].
