fix up cws-kaddrbok patch so it doesn't misalign (explained below)
the m_aKab.Hide lines in typeselectionpage.cxx get missapplied, because of
wrong line numbers, resulting in two m_aKab.Hide() calls in a row and a missing
one further up. So then unapplying the patch causes problems. this is updated
for r1.8 of typeselectionpage.cxx
