(pygda_value_as_pyobject): Revert pygda to wrapping the libgda-1.2 API
instead of the libgda-2.0 API because libgda-2.0 is unlikely to be API-stable
in the next few months. And, because distros package g-p-e as one package,
pygda-2.0
would prevent distribution of pygda-1-2, which kills Glom, which is the only
thing
that uses pygda.
