* src/main.c: re-enable updating progress bar from a subthread,
using gdk lock.
* libbalsa/mailbox_local.c: downgrade information messages to
debug.
* libbalsa/libbalsa.h: fix mangled comment.
* src/balsa-index.c: schedule only one idle callback when mailbox
is changed.
