Log message:
* src/gpm-power.c (battery_kind_cache_add_device): Turn the warning about
"Adding missing device, may bug" into a debug statement, as this is now well
tested.
* src/gpm-manager.c (maybe_notify_battery_power_changed):
Only notify the user of low battery on the 20, 10, 5, and 2 minute intervals.
Probably needs more work.
