patches/src680 : apply

* patches/src680/apply (64bit): disable cincludes, my build is fine
without it now... Reenable buildfix-64bit-vcl-gcc4.diff, this was
accidentally(?) changed to < m148, but the upstream branch for it
hasn't been integrated yet.
