* src/MainWindow.cs: Remove include and require menus, add find by tag
menu that gives all the functionality given on the QueryWidget bar.
* src/Makefile.am: add TagQueryMenu.cs, which generates the find by
tag menu.
* src/QueryWidget.cs: namespace changes.
* src/TagPopup.cs: Change include/require options. Still needs more
work.
* src/TagQueryMenu.cs: New file that creates a menu making the query
functionality accessible via the Find menu.
* src/TagQueryWidget.cs: Change namespace, make popup menu much
simpler, add class that wraps the popup menu code to generate the
submenus on the find by tag menu, handle tags without icons better.
* src/Util.cs: fix bug that caused handler to be called immediately
upon creation of a check menu item that was initially on.
* src/f-spot.glade: Remove include/require menus and add find_by_tag
menu, rearrange order of items in the Find menu, and add a new Clear
Tag Search menu item.
