* rhythmdb/rhythmdb.c: (rhythmdb_init), (rhythmdb_finalize),
(rhythmdb_commit_internal), (rhythmdb_entry_insert),
(record_entry_change): Protect added_entries and changed_entries with
a mutex, so it doesn't crash on startup on SMT/SMP machines.
