* lib/sunone-connection.c: (append_to_query_attendees):
attendees should have "mailto:";.
(sunone_connection_set_user): fix a memory leak.
(check_default_calendar): make sure default calendar is in
subscription list.
(sunone_connection_get_preferences): call check_default_calendar.
