* rhythmdb/rhythmdb.c: (rhythmdb_process_metadata_load): change the
default rating back to 0 (from 2.5, which was needed for autorating).
* shell/rb-play-order-random-by-age-and-rating.c:
(rb_random_by_age_and_rating_get_entry_weight):
* shell/rb-play-order-random-by-rating.c:
(rb_random_by_rating_get_entry_weight): Treat ratings of 0 the same as
2.5 for the purposes of weighting entries.
