* shell/rb-shell-player.c: (open_location_thread),
(rb_shell_player_open_location): fix several iradio issues: having to
press play after double-clicking on a station, not working correctly
without a http:// prefix, and ignoring totem-plparser results other
than success or error (e.g. IGNORE).
