* bprobe.h (SUPER, FUNC): Improve docs.
* bprobe.h (DEBUG), bprobe-private.h: Add another level of error
reporting.
* bprobe-private.h: Err on no-gcc only during compilation, not
preprocessing.
* TODO: Add DEPENDS(list).
