(gtk_file_system_gnome_vfs_create_folder): Add o+x permission to
created folders; we were creating them with permissions 774
instead of 775.
* file-chooser/sucky-desktop-item.c
(make_spawn_environment_for_sn_context),
(make_environment_for_screen): Use g_listenv() instead of environ.
