* deskbar/handlers/beagle-live.py:
Add a set_delay(timeout) method to SignallingHandler, and make beagle-live use
it.
We where spawning beagle-queries galore, which was quite noticable performance
wise.
Each (signalling) handler can now individually decide how long they will wait
for
query changes before starting.
