* src/gpm-prefs.c (gpm_prefs_setup_sleep_slider,
gpm_prefs_setup_brightness_slider, gpm_prefs_setup_action_combo,
setup_icon_policy): Make the widgets disabled if the gconf key is not
writeable. Fixes bug (#327893)
* help/C/gnome-power-manager.xml: document why the widgets might be disabled.
