* eggprintbackendcups.c:
No need to keep the ppd file around, unlink it after parsing.
This means we don't leave the file around after e.g. ctrl-c.
Add more ImageQualityPage whitelisting options
Add blacklist for cups options (mainly for options that are handled
independent of the backend).

* eggprintercups.c:
Remove ppd_filename member
* eggprintunixdialog.c:
Hide advanced tab if empty.
