* libbanshee/gst-cd-rip-0.10.c: Using CLOCK_TIME_NONE may block;
__tim recommends using 0 instead
* src/Banshee.Base/AudioCdRipper.cs: #ifdef around some more stuff
to avoid warnings when building for 0.10
