* eggpapersize.[ch]:
Don't unnecessarily copy the data from the paper info arrays.
Add ppd_name member and getter for it.
Add egg_paper_size_new_from_ppd().
* eggprintbackendcups.c: (cups_printer_get_paper_sizes):
Use egg_paper_size_new_from_ppd.
* paper_names.c:
Add extra_ppd_names for ppd names that duplicate names in the
main list. (The "prefered" ones are in the list)
