Sorry about the huge commit - lots of stuff:
* Started structuring the frontent in a more object oriented way
* Abstracted 'buffers'
* Abstracted 'actions'
* Basic support for user defined scripts in control mode etc
* WM interaction to dock/fullscreen Dasher
* Three 'app styles' - standalone, compose and direct
None of this is really finished yet, but hey, it's HEAD :-)
