Use else if rather than multiple if statements
* libgtkhtml/layout/html/htmlboximage.[ch] (html_box_image_relayout):
Guard against oscillation of the image between a size that requires a
scrollbar to be shown, and one that does not, to avoid infinite loop
conditions
