Log message:
* pyspi.pyx: Remove Registry.{de,}registerGlobalEventListener, since
they are fully wrapped by the EventListener class. Store the event types passed
in EventListerner.__init__(). Make EventListener.__dealloc__() deregister
everything that was registered in the __init__().
* NEWS: Update.
