More Federico review work...
* gtk/gtkfilesystemgnomevfs.c (volume_mount_idle_callback): new
callback function,
(gtk_file_system_gnome_vfs_volume_mount): don't forget to return
the handle, don't return NULL when the volume is already mounted,
but call volume_mount_idle_callback() in an idle,
(folder_purge_and_unmark): don't check folder_vfs->children, since
that is already done in the only caller of this function.
