* lib/rb-file-helpers.c: (rb_canonicalise_uri):
Extra step to encode '&' and '=' to match what gnome-vfs does
internally.
* rhythmdb/rhythmdb-tree.c: (rhythmdb_tree_parser_start_element),
(rhythmdb_tree_save):
Increment rhythmdb xml version to 1.2, and force another uri
re-canonicalisation when loading v1.1 databases.
