Hardelin. This patch fixes spelling and grammar errors. It
replaces a wrong screenshot.
* stylesheets/plainhtml.xsl.in: commented out chunk parameters
for placing LoT and LoF on seperate pages. This doesn't work
very well unfortunately, because generated links in the footer
point to invalid filenames.
