* shell/rb-audioscrobbler.c:
(rb_audioscrobbler_enabled_check_changed_cb): move and rename the
"submit songs" checkbox, and make it not disable username/password
entry. This will be needed when we support other last.fm stuff
(profile access, radio, etc).
