* src/gpm-manager.c, configure.in, data/gnome-power-manager.schemas.in: Remove
the configure option ACTIONS_MENU_ENABLED and replace with the gconf key
/apps/gnome-power-manager/show_actions_in_menu so that we can change the
behaviour at runtime, rather than having to recompile. This defaults to true,
where the actions are listed in the menu. Fixes #335415.
