* app/core/gimp-utils.[ch]: added gimp_get_temp_filename().
* tools/pdbgen/pdb/fileops.pdb (temp_name): removed the
implementation here and call gimp_get_temp_filename() instead.
* app/pdb/fileops_cmds.c: regenerated.
