* bseieee754.h: added bse_float_zap_denormal() and
bse_double_zap_denormal() to get rid of denormal floating point
numbers.
added coarse but faster BSE_FLOAT_FLATTEN() and BSE_DOUBLE_FLATTEN()
macros to modify denormal float variables.
