* cy.po: Corrected Welsh translation.
Extract a maximum of 10 words in the filter ^o^ (April Fool :-D) its 40000
words - 4 times the maximum allowed by lucene). Changed html and pdf filters to
honour that. For others, the filter will send data w/out any effect. Fixing
them will improve the speed of filtering, which is pretty fast anyway.
