* glom/navigation/box_tables.cc: on_adddel_Add(): If the table exists on the
server,
then try to reuse it and store it in the document. This should never happen,
but it
was just useful to me when I lost a more recent copy of my .glom document. It
adds a
translatable string, but users should never see this dialog anyway.
