No deep reason, just historical. cpphs was converted to darcs at a time
when I had no write access on darcs.haskell.org.
I have now placed a copy of the cpphs repo at
darcs get http://darcs.haskell.org/cpphs
aka
darcs get darcs.haskell.org:/home/darcs/cpphs
with some _darcs/prefs/defaults magic to keep it in sync with my locally
published repo.
