Ah, yes, a darcs bug I'd forgotten about (at least, I assume the problem
is that darcs is talking MAPI incorrectly) means that the whole MIME
message ends up being put in an attachment when "darcs send"ing from a
Windows machine. If anyone knows MAPI then I hope it would be easy to
fix it.
