Our x86 compute server is back online after an upgrade, and is now running
Fedora 8, which means we'll be able to build some more up-to-date x86/Linux
binary dists for the next release.
I could install BuildBot instead of using the old nightly build framework,
but given we have problems with the proxies here and often get lost
connections during a BuildBot build, I think it makes sense to leave things
as they are for now.
