 * Rejig how darcs-all works
 It's now easier to add new repos anywhere in the source tree

    ./libraries/boot-packages -> ./packages

If you do that kind of thing, you'll want to tell ./boot about it!-)
And if that didn't get caught in your validate, there's something
wrong with your setup, as well.

Btw, with all the recent upheaval in the build process, buildbot
and me seem to find it difficult to get a working windows build
(if its not the build itself, or leftovers, or executables not working,
or bindist not working, .., it is always something else). At one
point, I did at least have an inplace HEAD, but when the inplace
executables started moving, they also stopped working (some
windres access issue, iirc - having done the usual 'distclean;pull',
I no longer have that build, and buildbot doesn't get that far at
the moment, but I haven't noticed any patches referring to this).

I appreciate that these are major efforts, and that it just takes
time for things to settle down, so could you please send another
HEADS UP to this list when 'make;make binary-dist' is supposed
to work again, on windows (I must have missed the HEADS UP
that told us that things would be unstable for a few weeks).

Thanks,
Claus

   M ./darcs-all -71 +72
   R ./libraries/extra-packages
   M ./packages -21 +41
