Change the way IfExtName is serialized so (most) wired-in names get
validate doesn't go through for me:
utils/haddock/src/Haddock/InterfaceFile.hs:198:44:
`ud_symtab' is not a (visible) constructor field name
Did you forget to record/push in the haddock repo?
