* Fix LICENSE details and remove duplicate copyright file.
The copyright file had been carried over from the Cabal lib but actually
this program was written by Simon with some minor patches from other people.
So list just Simon in LICENSE and remove the other copyright file.
It hardly matters now since there is only 2 real lines of code in this
program as it's just a program that provides an entry point into code from
the Cabal lib.
