* Move the mkGHCMakefile.sh out of the root dir
Having it there confuses people.
They think they have to run it as part of the install process.
./mkGHCMakefile.sh -> ./Distribution/Simple/GHC/mkGHCMakefile.sh
M ./Distribution/Simple/GHC/mkGHCMakefile.sh -3 +3
