The issue of a credit card depends on Lloyds TSB Bank's assessment of your
circumstances. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to apply.
*Customers who apply through AIRMILES and are accepted for the Lloyds TSB
Airmiles Duo Credit Card account before 31 March 2009 will be eligible for the
1,500 mile voucher if they make a £10 Eligible purchase on their Airmiles Duo
American Express Card before 30 June 2009.
Customers will only be eligible for one joining bonus from AIRMILES, in the
event that a customer re-applies for the Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo Credit card
account, Lloyds TSB may process an application and issue the Lloyds TSB Duo
cards but AIRMILES will not award a further bonus offer. 1,500 miles will show
on the customer's account as a voucher within 30 days of the Eligible purchase
and will not form part of the AIRMILES balance. Once on the account the voucher
may be used as full or part payment towards flights only on any AIRMILES route,
at time of booking flights a minimum of one night's accommodation must be
booked through AIRMILES. Customers may book tickets for more than one passenger
but the voucher can only be used for a single booking. If all the miles are not
used in a single transaction then the unused Airmiles will expire immediately.
For all bookings using the voucher the outbound journey must be completed by
the 31 December 2010 after which time the voucher will expire. All bookings are
strictly subject to availability, some routes may have a limited amount of
seats available to AIRMILES especially during peak periods. Zones and Prices
are correct at the time of going to print but subject to change. Examples shown
are return economy from London, for regional departures to non UK airports add
500 miles. All bookings are subject to AIRMILES and its Carriers Customer and
Booking Terms and Conditions.
**Miles awarded on eligible spend only. Eligible purchases do not include cash
withdrawals, money transfers, cheques, interest, fees or charges, Payment
Protection Cover, transactions at casinos, betting outlets, or bookmakers or
payments to offline or online current, savings, sharetrading, spread betting,
gambling or any other similar account.

AIRMILES make every effort to avoid mailing existing Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo
cardholders. However, if you already have a Lloyds TSB credit card, or have
recently applied, please accept our apologies for writing to you. Customers who
hold or have previously held a Lloyds TSB Duo Credit Card account will not be
eligible for the 1500 mile voucher offer.
