On my system I use the following.
Client: Concurrent Versions System (CVS) NT 1.11.1.2 (Build 41)
 (client/server)
Server: Concurrent Versions System (CVS) NT 1.11.1.2 (Build 41)
 (client/server)

On another system I use to connect to the server above I use the
following.
Client: Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.11 (client)

Both systems are NT. I'm not sure which system caused the problem, but
it seems to have disappeared. I don't know why or how it happened.
